What we keep, and what we don’t.

This is written in plain words on purpose. If a sentence here is confusing, that is our mistake, email us and we will fix the sentence.

This website

The website itself does not ask you for anything. If you email us, we have your email, and we use it to reply to you. That is all.

We count visits with a tool called Mixpanel, which pages people look at and roughly where they came from. It only runs after you say yes on the small notice at the bottom of the page. If you say no, it never loads. We do not sell that information and we do not show you ads.

The app

If you rent Rosie, the things you and your people put into her, customer names, phone numbers, notes, calls, orders, jobs, are yours. We store them so she can do her job. We do not sell them, we do not share them with other customers, and we do not use them to train anything. They sit on Google’s servers (a service called Firebase) with backups, so a bad day does not lose them.

Ric can see your data when you ask for help, because that is how help works. Nobody else at any other company can.

Leaving

If you stop renting her, tell us and we will hand you your data in a plain file and delete our copy. You do not have to explain why.
