The deal, in plain words.

Rosie is a worker you rent by the month. Here is what that means for both of us.

Renting her

• You pay one flat rate a month for each person she works for. No setup fee, no contract.
• You can stop any month. Tell us before the next one starts and you are not charged for it.
• If she has not saved your people time by the end of the first week, say so and we refund the first month. That is the guarantee, and we mean it.

Your data

• Everything you put into her is yours. We keep it safe, we do not sell it, and you can take it with you when you leave. The privacy page says how.

What she can and can’t promise

• She is software, and software has bad days. We work hard so that she doesn’t, and we tell you when she does, but we cannot promise she never stops, and we are not on the hook for money you lose on a day she did.
• She presses buttons in other people’s software. When that software changes, she may need a day to catch up.

Your side

• You are responsible for following the calling, texting and privacy laws where you work. She helps you keep records; she does not decide who it is legal to call.
• Do not use her to break the law, harass people, or get into systems you are not allowed in. If you do, we send her home without a refund.

The boring part

Rosie is built and run by ric vasquez technologies in Colorado, and Colorado law applies. If we ever change these terms, we will email you before they take effect.
